Diphenhydramine and stopping BFP? 🙄

I have been taking Sleepeeze (UK) for about 7 years now (1 tablet a night) and TTC for 5 months but have just come across something online about this drug affecting being able to conceive? It dries up fertile CM and can affect ovulation? Has anyone taken this drug before and stopped or know anymore about it?
Safe to say they are in the bin already ☹️

I used to take allergy pills daily, but read that the main ingredient (diphenhydramine) can in fact dry up your CM. So I stopped taking them. I feel like stopping them did help improve my CM. xo
