Suspected miscarriage at 9w3d, back to the hospital tomorrow for a scan and to confirm it. Praying for some sort of miracle to happen but deep down I know that's not going to be the case 😢 expecting the worse, but still have a TINY bit of hope. So heartbroken but so lucky to have such an amazing, supportive family behind me 😓
