Did I already Ovulate?

Yesterday I had a pretty low BBT (96.26), lots of EWCM, and some pretty crazy lower left abdomen cramping. This morning my BBT was higher (97.03) by 0.77 degrees and I have significantly less CM, and very few cramps. Am I now officially 1 dpo? CD14 today....
