Help help help help help

Okay so I'm really scared right now so bear with me. My boyfriend and I were just messing around you know making out and he fingered me (tmi coming up sorry) and it was all normal nothing hurt I was fine. But when his fingers came out they were bloody. Like really bloody!! And I was like wtf. So I took a shower and investigated and I didn't find anything weird no cuts or anything. And the bleeding stopped.My period was a week and a half ago, and my cherry or whatever the fuck is longggg gone. So yeah. Help please
