Annoyed 😒😒😒

Am I wrong for being upset? My husband told me earlier that once I got out of work he would treat me to an early dinner. I come home and nothing. I told him I wound do him a huge favor and go down on him tonight but I don't know about it anymore & he just took off with his friends and hasn't spent any time with me which is the least I ask for. And I have to go to bed early tonight because I have to leave for work early tomorrow. Am I being over dramatic?
