spotting after miscarriage

Hi all, Just need some advice. I had a MC on 3rd Feb and bled for 5/6 days then stopped completely. Just like a normal period. I was only 5 weeks pregnant so it was just like having a period but a week later. We BD last night in preparation for fertile window starting this weekend, however today I'm spotting again. Is this leftover MC? Does this mean I won't ovulate and be able to conceive this month? I don't want to wait 😢
