Should i call my dr

I am 30 weeks and 3 days. Woke up with really bad diarrhea pelvic pressure and what feels like period cramps. My baby usually moves a lot in the morning but i have only felt a couple. Please don't be harsh i just dont want to make my SO miss work when he doesnt need to.

Update: went to hospital could not find babys heartbeat they found it using ultrasound since my placenta is all the sudden in the way. I have been dilating(2cm) so they are giving me something to slow it down since im not far enough along. Should be able to go home in a little while.
