My babies nipples are different from each other. I think the normal one would be the flat one on the left...

Maybe it's a baby pimple on the left nipple? If so, try massaging it with a wet warm cloth when you bath baby....

Are they always like that? My LO's nipples occasionally invert (sometime only one at a time) but they usually pop back out.
