shaving down there!

So I have no idea which area of the app to post this on, so I'm settling for here. I need y'all's advice. How do you shave "down there" and not have bumps or STUBBLE. Am I just constantly going to have stubble? And no matter what I do, the bumps are never going to go away. I have used shaving creams, moisturizers of all kinds, nothing is working. And HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THE STUBBLE???? I have a brand new fancy five-blade razor and it's still not getting it all. What do you guys do? I need help.
