Worried my six week old will get sick

We drove 6 hours to visit my in laws and when we got here, my father in law tells us that he's sick.  Now my mother in law is not feeling well either!  The baby and I have pretty much just camped out in the guest room and we've been using hand sanitizer like crazy.  My in laws are sweet and even went out and bought masks to wear.  I'm trying to talk my husband into leaving a day early because the last thing I want is any of us to get sick!!!
