car accident while pregnant

I'm 9 1/2 weeks pregnant and I got into a pretty bad Car accident yesterday. I was on the way to work when it happened. Luckily everyone was okay and no one got hurt. On the other hand, unfortunately both of our cars weren't in any kind of driveable condition and both cars had to get totaled. I can't stop thinking about my baby bean and if she's/he's okay in there. My body was really tender yesterday and today I've been having pains in and out in my stomach area. There's no signs of any bleeding and my next appointment is next week. I'm driving myself insane thinking about how much this could've been prevented if I didn't just go to work. Apart of me didn't really want to from the get. Of ifni should've just stayed home and carried my original Valentine's Day plans with my boyfriend. I have no car now and I just don't even know what my next move is. This was all so unexpected. Ever since I found out I was pregnant and decided to keep my baby, bad things just keep occurring and I don't even know what to do about it anymore.
