i just went to the bathroom and i went number 2.. just a little bit though and it kinda hurt when i did (ive been having bowel movement issues) and when i wiped there was like i think blood???? it looked like it and then i wiped my vagina and there wasnt anything there... im freaking out.. am i okay??

It's probably either hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. I have one and I occasionally bleed (sometimes quite a bit) when I have a bowel movement, especially if I haven't gone in a few days or haven't had enough water.

Probably hemorrhoids. don't worry, just take some colace every day and drink more water, and put some preparation H cream on your butt.

Bleeding that you would need to worry about would be enough to at least fill a panty liner. If not that much, you're fine.
