my son has rsv

We took our 8 month old son to the doctor today. He has chest congestion, a dry cough, runny nose and throws up after every time he eats. The doctor said it's rsv. And to give him a little bit of pedialtye for a few hours then try a bottle. But she did say if he throws up anymore to take him to the er. He's not throwing up, but he's barely drinking any pedialtye and still has a lot of chest congestion. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to help the rsv get better? I hate seeing my baby so sick :(
