Super Early Symptoms?

I'm currently 2dpo and this morning brushing my teeth made me feel like I was going to throw up 🤢 I don't know if I'm really hoping to be pregnant or if it is a super early sign. I know implantation would not have taken place yet. Any advice from your own experiences? This would be my first pregnancy.
