Worried About Changing My Mind On Her Name
I LOVE the name we have picked out for our baby girl - Lucy Jane. But there are times that I wonder if it's right. We're keeping the name a secret until she's born (just him and I know - no family or friends). So if I need to change my mind, I can.
I worry about naming her just "Lucy" instead of the full name "Lucia" or "Lucille." I also worry that she'll be born and in my hormonal rush I will cry and say "She doesn't look like a Lucy!!"
Other names we like are Lila, Shae, Jade, and Ashley. Although I haven't thought of middle name pairings for those.
I'm a FTM so I've never been through this before. What has the naming process been like for you?
