Does anyone let their son or daughter sleep through out the night then feeds them in the morning. If so how old are they????

If she sleeps, I sleep! She has only gone through the whole night a few times, but I would never wake her up to feed her! She's 12 weeks...

Sort of yes.. my month old will sleep 5-7 hours straight most nights(knock on wood) since she was 2 weeks, doc said it was OK since weight was increasing.

My daughter was 2 weeks (now 2) when she started sleeping through the night and my son is now 3 weeks. The pediatrician said it was ok to let baby sleep through the night and let him wake up on his own when he was hungry because he is above birth weight and eating well... he sleeps 6 hours straight right now. And he is formula fed.

Yep. I let my son sleep from about 10-11pm till 7-8am & then he eats 5oz every 2 hours during the day. He's 4 months old.

I never woke her to eat. She would wake up if hungry. I only woke her after 3 hours during the day because I didn't want her to not sleep at night.

I personally let my daughter (3weeks) sleep until she wakes up hungry. But by the time she goes to sleep she's already ate 9+ times that day and had at least 6 wet and 4 poopy diapers. I think as long as your baby is gaining enough weight and having plenty of wet diapers and day time feeds, let them sleep until they wake up. My little one never usually sleeps more than 4 hours, but those 4 hour stretches are sooooooo rejuvenating for my tired self.

My daughter started sleeping through the night (5 hrs) at 4 weeks. Now at 12 weeks she sleeps 9 hrs and every once in awhile 10. She's exclusively breastfed.

We only woke up my son to feed when he was a newborn due to jaundice. As soon as that was okay we let him sleep as long as he wanted and just fed him a little more when he woke up. My son will be 4 months on the 21st and has been sleeping through the night since 6 weeks

I wish I could!  My son is 7 weeks and just went 4 hours between feeds for the first time tonight!  It's usually more like every 2.5 to 3hrs even though he's formula fed.
