Are these contractions?

Im 10 weeks 3 days and I've been feeling these sharp pain on the inside as if its shooting down the inside of my vagina.the pain is strong enough to where if in sitting i have to lift up a little if feels as if something is sliding down about to come out.my whole body stiffens up.idk if this is my insides stretching or what.but i usually only feel this during my period when a clot is passing so im wondering why am i having it now during pregnancy.no clots just the shooting pains as if something is passing.
