Honestly it doesn't make a difference, I was trying and it was the month I stopped trying and only had sex once and fell pregnant

I would definitely recommend every other day. But I mean if you and your partner decide everyday , it won't hurt but you only need every other day to get pregnant. Sperm can survive for 5 days before dying. It's all about timing sex within 24 hours of ovulation. Best of Luck to you and your partner 😊

Still trying to figure it out. Been trying for 7 months. Some months we did it everyday, some every other day. Last month was the first month we used pre seed. No luck yet!

Use opk for 2 month so you know when u are usually ovulating but avoid stressing about it.. I did that before we tried and then we only bd once this month at the right time and this was it 💕 good luck !
