Girl, take a shower.. PLEASE.
Alright ladies. I am at a dead end on what to do. My boyfriend and I extended a helping hand to an old high school friend of mine when she informed me that her (now ex) boyfriend left her stranded at the airport (she used to live in NH but got stranded in MO) and that not only does her real family not want her to come home, but her foster family doesn't want her either.
We have a small two bedroom apartment, and although our second bedroom is being occupied by our son, we agreed on her sleeping on the couch. The first week she was here was a piece of cake, and it was nice to have that extra hand in helping out around the house.. The second week she showed her true colors and almost got kicked out - we found out that she wasn't trying to find a job, she started stinking (seems like she doesn't know what deodorant or a toothbrush/toothpaste is - we've even offered to buy them for her), and she seems to always have a shitty attitude towards my boyfriend. When we confronted her about said issues, she tried to make an excuse for everything, "Well, I'm trying to find a job! There's not much I can do if someone isn't willing to hire me." "if I stink, just tell me I stink!" "Just because you pay the bills doesn't mean you can be shitty to me and I can't be shitty to you." We tried to fix everything after that argument because she didn't have anywhere to go, and because I would have felt super bad and my boyfriend didn't want me to lose a friend.
Fast forward two weeks, she has taken basically a month to get a job that she could have gotten when she first moved in, and the only reason she got it is because we kept having to wake her uup to call them (she stays up until my boyfriend goes to work 4:30-5 and sleeps until 3). We also found out that she's doing escorting (sugar daddy/sugar baby) to make extra money, and apparently one of her clients raped her last week and said client knows where we live - he brought her home on one of their dates. When asked about one of her dates, she said that it went really good, and that eventually turned into her claiming that he raped her - all my boyfriend said was "it was gonna happen eventually, you don't know these men," and she freaked out and started talking bad about him to me thinking I wouldn't defend him (he's my boyfriend???? Why wouldn't I defend him). She also still is barely showering! I'm a full time mom and barely have the time to do anything but take care of baby, but I still take showers when I can - I also wear deodorant and brush my teeth.
I kinda hate to throw her under the bus like this, but idk what else to do. I'm at my wits end, but she has no place else to go. I just really need any and all advice. Please. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
