What kind of names do you like?

I'm not pregnant, but my fiancé and I talk names for our future little ones. 
I love traditional names, or "grandparent names" if you will - but there are also a few names on the unique side that I really love, and rarely have ever heard. 
Is it better to give your child a classic name that will look professional on a resume? Or a different/quirky name that sounds like it could spark individuality? And why? Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this

While I appreciate other mom's decisions to name their children what they will, as a resume reviewer in a managerial role at a not-for-profit, I'll admit to pre-judging people whose names are spelled weird, even if they have no control over that. "Unique" spellings are not unique to me. I love actual unique names, but please don't put extra letters where they aren't needed, use "y" for "i" or "z" for "s." It's not cute.

Of the categories you've described, I prefer "classic" names, but I think that "classic" names in this day and age are oftentimes more unique than "unique" names. And I would call most "grandparent" names unique at this point. How often do you meet a young person named Ethel, Florence, or Frederick?
