3 hour glucose test

Well I just found out I failed the one hour test so I need to go take the 3 hour test now. I cut sugar and carbs the day before the test and my doctor told me that might have backfired on me. Just looking for insight...I'm freaking out I'm going to fail the 3 hour test :-/
