coffee and breastfeeding. so sick of people telling me how to parent
So I like to drink as much coffee as any other mom, I definitely tested it out with my daughter before I drank too much and she didn't have any reaction. She spits up every now and then, but doesn't every baby?
She's not a fussy baby and sleeps just fine, but my mom got on me about her spitting up a few times when she saw her last and told me it was because of me having some coffee.. she said breastfed babies shouldn't spit up ever lol
Now I trust her opinion on most things, but I'm with my daughter all day every day and I haven't noticed any difference in her when I drink some coffee and when I don't.
Anyone else dealing with something like this? I'm so tired of people judging my parenting.
