10 months trying...

My last period was january 6th, im on day 42 nothing yet and negative tests, around the 27th of jan had pink spoting when i whiped, and the week following that had all kinds of pregnancy symptoms, but for about a week, now the symptoms went away but still sleepy all the time and my boobs killing me like never before! I need to have a bra at all times for support cause if not it hurts like they will explode! At night i take it off to sleep but during the night I can't sleep on any of my sides cause they hurt so bad and feel the blood flow through them, no AF and this is very uncommon for me, havent had a blood test cause i keep thinking im getting my period, I feel so confused, want answers! 😩
