"heart shaped uterus"

hi ladies, yesterday I went for my first ultrasound, I had an early ultrasound because I had bleeding and cramping during my 5 week, during my ultrasound it was confirmed I was 7 weeks pregnant with my first and a strong heart beat was detected, however my ultrasound technician told me if I knew I had a heart shaped uterus, I was a little confused and told her yes because I was told previously I had a retroverted uterus which is no cause for concern,  however later throughout the day I began to search around for heart shaped uteruses and read they are a cause for concern such as 1st and 2nd trimester miscarriages, preterm labor and etc, have any of you ladies been told you have a bicornate or heart shaped uterus, I would like to hear your stories! thank you and god bless!
