miscarriage on Tuesday.

I'm kinda finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that we had a miscarriage on Tuesday at 9+3 (possibly 10+3 wasn't sure till the scan) - obviously I'm still bleeding, bare that in mind..
Anyway I'm still in the grieving stage and can't help but think about how upset I'm going to be when my sister goes for her scans etc (she found out a week ago at 5w). And I think that makes us want to try for another even more than we already do!! So, how long after bleeding have people left it before "BD"?? This is my first MC and I'm thinking I don't want to rush it incase this happened again? But also heard your very fertile after a MC?
