My period is late does it Cortisone pills or pregnant

Before tow weeks from 25 jan until 6feb i ate pills of cortisone..

My period now is late 7 days

And i dont know if its because of cortisone or pregnancy..

Also i dont have any sickness for pregnancy..

Did one of you have pregnant without sickness in the begning or uncomfortalbe with your boobs.
