Irrational Rage Before & During AF

Does anyone else easily go into an uncontrollable rage the day before AF, and the 1st day of AF? I don't mean just yelling at your spouse and the typical road rage... I mean throwing things, breaking things, and fist fighting pelple. This is the only time I am like this. The other days of my cycle I am very calm, rational, easy-going, friendly. The worst part of it is that I cannot control my actions, and I often black out from the rage. All I will see is red, but after I am overwhelmed by a wave of regret. I know that this is not normal... but can anyone relate?
