should I suck it up and take a test?

Hi y'all! AF was due 2/12 - still no sign. I've had cramping the past week or so, but it has subsided. I've had hot flashes and heartburn pretty bad today. Boobs have been sore for a few days. On top of all of this, I've had 3 vivid dreams of getting positive tests. My SO even had a dream yesterday of me getting a positive. Just wondering what y'all think... I'm so scared to take a test because my period was late last month, got my hopes up, and then she finally showed. Just don't wanna deal with another BFN. 😞
