6 wks pregnant. bad headaches ! advice!?

I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and I have big headaches since yesterday is there anything I can take to reduce it ? My headache is so strong that it increase my nausea. My chiropractor is in vacations for the next 2 weeks. 😩

Tylenol is safe to take while pregnant. Even the extra strength kind. I take 2 500mg tablets if I ever get a headache or have a bad backache.

Tylenol is the only med you can take during your first trimester. There are a couple others that are safe but they need to be discussed with your doc first.

My doctor has me in magnesium. I was waking up with bad headaches. It's actually really helped. I was getting them every morning and now it's just once in awhile.

I had extremely bad headaches when I was pregnant with my son, my whole head was pounding that you could feel it. I used tylenol( didn't work) I'd say if it doesn't work and they are that bad to ask your dr to prescribe you something!

Are you hydrating enough? Dehydration can cause headaches.
