Could this be it.

OK so yesterday I tested and got faint lines soon after that I spotted then the spotting got heavier and red. I didn't have clts though but now when I wipe I get these could I be passing my baby out? I estimated I would of been 6 weeks and 1 day. 😭 I also keep getting cramps where it is circled. I tested this morning also while bleeding and got another faint line. We were so happy to see lines I knew we shouldn't have gotten our hopes up.
