On CD 23, I don't even know if I ovulated, 1st round of clomid and my right ovary is cramping bad. Not like period cramps, but like a sharp sting on and off since yesterday but worse today. I don't ovulate every cycle and according to glow my peak was 2 days ago and "O" was yesterday, so why the hell am I cramping like this? If I can't do OPKs how am I suppose to know if I ovulated, Dr didn't mention anything about ultrasound, I have PCO. Not PCOS, this is all new to me, just found out a few months ago.
