Serious Confusing Question! Please help!!!

Okay, so I was scheduled to start my period on the 14th... It didn't come, so I tried another period tracker it said between the 15th & 16th so I waiting until today.... I started very light brownish/light pinkish spotting ... Light very little. Which is odd if I do start its very heavy or it gradually gets heavier within a few hours. And it still hasn't. I haven't tested yet mainly because every time I test I'm always discouraged.

But i dont really have symptoms

My nipples are slightly sore but nothing abnormal.

Iv been pretty dizzy lately, headache constantly and my body aches like I have the flu almost ... No nausea ... Normal tiredness.

And I have a cold.

Any tips?

Advice?

Or similar experience?

Oh and 3 days ago I had a creamy, milky white fluid for almost a week or longer that made me feel like I peed my pants.
