I been sick all day ladies I threw up 3 times in 1 hour. Please tell me what can help. I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow and it had to be the food it might have been tooooo spicy because I never throw up my food but after eating dinner I can't keep anything down. My head hurts from throwing up and I can't stop crying I feel so sick. Please help and FYI my doctor won't give me medication she only gave me b6 and only wants me to take one a day for 10 days. I always feel sick but I snack all day only just to keep myself from throwing up. So this would be the first time I throw up like this non stop
