I'm a week late

I have the nexplanon birth control implant. November 2017 I need to get it replaced. For the last 6 months or so I started getting my period again. Last month I got it normally (it's been like clockwork) but then about a week after it stopped, it started again for a few days, and stopped again. A week ago I was supposed to get my period again and I haven't. So I'm kind of stressing, but I seriously don't think I'm pregnant because I use condoms every time besides having the implant, but who knows. I'm just not sure what to do. I haven't been feeling great the last few days. I've been super moody, nauseated, and super tired lately.
