I'm 21 weeks and my feet and ankles started swelling around 19. My OB says some women just start swelling earlier than others - she's seen it as early as 12 weeks! She as as long as it goes down overnight and I don't have any calf pain, she's not worried. She said I can try compression socks if it bothers me that bad. After a good nights rest my feet/ankles are normal again, but they start swelling as soon as I've been up a couple hours. (Please ignore my mismatched socks lol)
