implant xx

Okay, so I got my impalanon inserted almost a month ago, and have never had a sign of period ever since except a couple nights ago.. my boyfriend and I ( you know 😉 ) and I bled. We've had sex before and I've never bled those times but I'm super confused. Is this just my cherry being completely popped or my period (🤢) because my period was suppose to be due in like 2-3 days after we had sex but I'm hoping its not the start of my period because it doesn't feel like a period. It's literally just a little bit of spotting :))
