Baby with environmental allergy?

Anyone suspect their lo has environmental allergy besides me? My 10 mo old has pretty much kept a runny nose,congestion, eczema on cheeks since 5mo old. Have been reading that if parents have an allergy that the kids are.more prone to it as well. I was allergic to dust mites,mold,pollen,pet dander etc and am starting to think she may be too. Along with the traditional allergy symptoms they also tend to have more ear and sinus infections which describes her perfectly. She keeps red watery eyes, had multiple sinus issues and infections and ear infections as well. Has your lo had these symptoms frequently and been diagnosed? If so what have they recommended to you? My pediatrician doesn't seem to want to test until after one year old. What did you do to reduce allergens?
