I had one they couldnent see anything on the ultrasound

I did. I had slow rising hcg and was spotting/bleeding. At first they just thought miscarriage but I had to keep going back, finally a month after we got our positive I started feeling right sided pain. I went in the next day got a ultrasound and found out it was ectopic. I had two rounds of methotrexate shots and now we are almost at zero for hcg. It's been since December we have had this going on. I pray you don't have a ectopic pregnancy.
