My 11 month old is getting in her 2nd top tooth in. I don't recall her ever biting me, but obviously the tooth that's coming in has been affecting my nipple. For the last 2 weeks I've had a small area (looks like she took the top layers of skin off)... I've been using coconut oil & lanolin... but it seems to be getting worse and bigger and started bleeding today. It's about the size of a dime now. I try latching her differently but somehow she's always still hitting that spot. I have to pump at work, and that isn't helping. It's getting increasing painful every pump & nursing session. Any additional suggestions?
