any ideas?
Ok so i had ectopic in april last year, had mainly regular periods since (27-30 day cycles) last month i had awful cramps on one side and thougjt the worst 🙈 did a pregnancy test (5, 4 and 1 day before af due all negative even used digital which picked up my last pregnancy at hcg level 49) then had a light red - brown 2 day period (cycle day 29) & now today cycle day 23 i have had light spotting/bleeding this evening ... could i be pregnant or are my periods just weird just worrying but not sure if its for nothing ... x
