Antibiotics effect your period?

Hi, I was on two rounds of antibiotics and my period is a day late. I have had unprotected sex. But I'm wondering if the antibiotics can delay your period or mess with your cycle at all?

No. Antibiotics do not postpone ur period.  However,  pregnancy due to unprotected sex, tends to do that often

Certain antibiotics can change the effectiveness of your birth control pill if you are on any.

Yes, they can mess it up a bit. Especially since you've been on two rounds. It wouldnt hurt to take a pregnancy test tho.
