acne/acne scars?!?!

Does anyone have any tips or anything that will get rid of acne and acne scars?! Please help I've tried medicines and they haven't worked😭

I used to have cystic acne and religiously washed my face twice a day for years. I could never seem to get rid of it. I would wake up every morning with new painful pimples. So I started to search around for other ideas...And it might crazy but the idea I tried actually worked. I don't use face wash. Not soap or chemicals on my face. I rinse my face with warm water and a wash cloth every night that's it. I've done this for a year now and pimples are gone. Just get the normal period breakout and it's only like 1 pimple.
