Poor girl. :-( I'm sure it's ok. Just keep it clean and dry and make sure to show her Dr at your next visit. If it gets worse, call her Dr and ask what they want you to do. It could be a yeast infection.

I clean my daughters creases twice a day lol it's just milk and drool that gets in their little neck rolls. I try to keep it dry during feedings and dry and clean it and her armpits daily. If she gets a rash a tiny bit of cortisone 10 cream is safe and works like a miricale!

My son has that he had his 1 month check up yesterday I asked his pediatrician about it she said to put a little bit if baby power not a lot it should help or cornstarch

At that age they are really prone to skin ideation in the neck folds. It's because they can't really get air in there and all the milk dribbles down there when feeding and doesn't get a chance to get dry. Keep it really clean and dry as much as possible. Also apply a barrier cream after bathing

Looks like a skin rash and possibly yeast infection. Make sure to clean under her neck after each feeding with a moist rag then dry it off with a dry rag. The neck is vulnerable to moisture and friction which can cause rashes and abrasions on the neck if not cared for religiously. I would take her to your pediatrician to check and maybe place some vasoline after you dry the skin to avoid friction until they can advise you as to what to do.
