hospital bed ridden

So I'm officially 33 weeks and have been in the hospital 3 days and going on my 3rd night for bed rest. I'm dilated at a 5 and 80 percent effaced. I'm having fraternal twin girls. Twin A is breech and her feet are kicking the little bit of mucous plug I have left right out of me. The dr's are trying to get me to make it 35 weeks. I feel like I'm going crazy already. How do people pass the time for months in here ?!!
