Just got diagnosed with second amenorrhea

So I just got back from the doctor. I can barely hold my head up because I can't stop crying. I could of never imagined being diagnosed with this.. I truly thought the I was pregnant and that's the reason why my period was so late. But no. The scariest part is not  yet knowing the underlying issue of what's causing it, which can be so many things.. Things I can't even fathom to think about. Has anyone else had to go through this? What treatments did you have to take? I ask y'all to please pray for me during the difficult time. I'm so heart broken but most of all scared.😰😭😰😭
