Flipping baby?

How do I get my baby to flip from breech to head down? I'm only 28+4, and I know he has plenty of time before labor, but he hurts me! He kicks and grinds his little feet on my pubic bone and sometimes I want to cry! So how can I get this boy head down? Stretches?

You can try but he doesn't have to stay ;) honestly I wouldn't bother. He can flip at will at this point so anything you manage to do could be undone in a minute. Hang tight, soon enough hell run out of room and pick a spot and stay in it. Then proceed to stick his feet in your ribs 😑 . My son has been head down since 28 w but loves to knee my side. Oh my god. I had no idea how much that could hurt! Currently 38 w... Oh and as I type this he did it again

Try crawling on hands and knees and cat-cow pose. Like the other person said he probably won't stay, but yes, some temporary relief is nice. Rib kicks aren't any more pleasent though, just saying haha
