No. I take hot baths. I'll literally have like 1-3 a day the first couple days of my period 😂

I have once but it takes along time for it to heat up then when it does it heats up to warm or hot making me feel my cramps more and the pain more.I don't like drinking hot stuff or putting heating pads in my body or on my body.
