I am embarrassed to talk about this.
I went to my obgyn today for an exam and I am fine, but of my disability it's so hard for me to go. I am so tight down that just to give me a papsmeer the doctor has to use a juvenile vaginal probe. Any advice on how to make these visits easyer?
