ectopic or MC

Hi I need some encouragement. I found out Monday via blood test that I was pregnant. Wednesday Feb 15th I went to ER due to severe cramping and sharp pain on the right side. My hcg was 724. They told me to come back Friday (today) and my levels are only 981 (didn't double).

Docs told me to go to L&D right away for sonogram and they see "something" growing in my uterus. I'm probably less than or just about 4wks. Technically I haven't missed my period yet.

Docs said possible MC now that they ruled out ectopic.

Please help?! Anybody else have the same issue??
