Anyone with SPD??

Question

Anyone else dealing with SPD??  I'm 35 weeks and soooo over the constant pain and Trying to fit physical therapy into my hectic schedule!! I am definitely ready to be done, but will hang in as long as possible for my baby!

I was diagnosed with this and have been going to physio since 20 weeks and have just found out I will need rehab after birth 😥 currently 37 weeks and finding it so hard to get the motivation to do anything, just walking around the house is agony. Very lucky I finished work at the end of last week.
